Yeah, so I went with my church's youth group to Youthquake this year, if the title didn't give it away.
It was so much fun, and that's not limited to just the concerts. ^^
I was on a car instead of the bus because of a specific person being in it. I don't think it would've been as much fun in the bus, anyway. ^^
So, I was in there with Christine (she was driving; I got shotgun) and two girls named Destiny and Alexis/Lexie/Alexie. It was something like that. So Christine came up with the name "Deslexis" for them. We all came up with the most retarded game. EVER. It's involves cars and colors... and points. Yellow cars ("'Nanners") were worth 10 points, orange cars ("Punkins") were 25, purple cars ("Barneys") were 50, pink cars ("Peptos") were 100, ambulances/police cars/fire trucks were 100, and punch bugs were 10. I sucked at it, but, eh, it was fun to listen to them just scream "NANNER!!" (half sarcasm).

Well, anyway, a guy named CJ came up with the most evil riddle:
A man walked into a bar and ordered seagull. He took one bite and walked out and committed suicide by throwing himself in front of a bus. Why?
(Yes or no questions only.)

Then when we actually got to the field, it was MUDDY. And cold. It sucked to stand out there for forever, but most of the bands were pretty good. I especially liked Fee and... SKILLET!! Their main guy said some things that made me angry, but he redeemed himself for the most part.

Skillet really knows how to be showy, though. They had all the pyro stuff, smoke, crazy lights, and all that stuff. And their violinist... just... wow. I've never seen one actually headbang like he wanted to bash his brains out. O.O

Getting out took an hour. We gut stuck in mud, but these three guys we didn't even know helped to push us out. Thank God for nice people. ^^ So... our car and about five other cars started a horn symphony. That doesn't tell anyone much about our maturity, but it was fun. x3

OH! And whenever we would drive, Luke would overkill the speed limit. So when we went through Piperton, we called him to tell him to slow down seeing as the police there are CRAZY. He said that he wouldn't get caught, but he ended up gettin pulled over for going 85. It kinda made us feel happy because we were right, but not so great because of insurance...

All I can say now is that I can't wait for Gatlinburg. ^^
